Biomass

Licensing procedures are approaching completion for the submitted plans to construct 4 MW of biomass infrastructures. ENGAIA SA, member of the ECOERA GROUP, signed an initial agreement for the construction of a prototype biomass unit with modular capabilities in compliance with EU regulation. It is expected that more than 28 GWh of clean energy per annum will be produced using syngas deriving from renewable sources. PPAs are expected to be signed within 2013 and commercial operation to commence by early 2014.
